Is this a sales call?
No. It's a conversation. We'll ask about your current situation and explain what options exist for a company like yours. If there's a fit, we'll offer to build a detailed comparison. If not, you'll leave with useful information either way.
How long does the conversation take?
Usually about 30 minutes. We'll cover your current plan, your priorities, and give you a high-level picture of what might be possible. You won't be asked to commit to anything.
What should I have ready?
Nothing specific is required. If you have your current plan details or renewal date handy, that helps. But we can have a productive first conversation with just the basics: team size, general budget range, and what's frustrating you about your current setup.
Is my company too small for this?
Probably not. Some plan structures work for companies with as few as 10 employees, and PEO partnerships can make enterprise-level benefits accessible to even smaller teams. The conversation will help us figure out the best fit for your size.
